Very rude. Would not recommend at all. Took my $30 application fee and didn’t call to verify my job or landlord before declining. Felt like they stole $30. The man was very rude on the phone. Customer service and kindness go a long way.

They are great! They always get back to us very quickly in the event of any issue or question. Great hometown company.

Rude!!! Just hateful... All they are looking for is the next dollar and they don't care who they hurt to get it. This is the second time I've tried dealing with this company and it's definitely my absolute last!!!
